📦Can I make a return?

Absolutely !
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return!
But be careful, our products have strict hygiene rules and if you have opened and used the product, it may be more delicate.

💌Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

The entire procedure will be explained to you by email by our team.
You will have to return your order at your own expense (~2€) by tracked letter, and you will have to provide us with the tracking number.
